FOREST AND MAIN CULT VIBES
Cult Vibes is inspired by Belgian Witbiers as seen through the lens of the F&M saison way of life. It is brewed with barley and malted and unmalted spelt from @DeerCreekMalt , lemongrass and chamomile from @OmaHerbalTeas, a bit of coriander, hopped with our favourite European hops, fermented with our Foraged Yeast Culture, and conditioned with our house mixed culture. Forward notes of bright, citrusy lemongrass mixed with herbal, soothing chamomile tea. 5% ABV
FOREST AND MAIN E.S.B.
Brewed with a rich base of British Golden Promise and a beautiful mix of British specialty malts; hopped with East Kent Goldings and a bit of Fox and Columbus; and fermented with our favourite British ale yeast. Notes of fresh homemade wheat bread, digestive biscuits, and citrus marmalade, balanced perfectly with an earthy, woodsy hop bitterness.5.6% ABV
FOREST AND LONG WALK [CASK]
A collaboration with Machine House Brewery in Seattle. Brewed with Golden Promise and Crystal malt; and hopped with some Harlequin and Fuggles from @CharlesFaram. The beer pours a lovely copper color with a light khaki head, and has notes of traveling with an old (but clean) suitcase, medium well pie crust, rustic marmalade, baked pear, earl grey, oak, kumquat, and a perfect moreishness 4.7% ABV
FREE WILL KRAGLE
Assertive, hop forward IPA. Juicy aromas, and a fresh, dry finish. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Columbus, and Calypso. 6.6 % ABV
LOVE CITY LAGER
An American Golden Lager that is simple, clean, and true to its roots. Lightly malty with a hint of orange aromatics. 5% ABV
INTL PILS (Mainstay Collab.) [LUKR]
A collaboration brew with William Reed and the International bar. This Pilsner is inspired by the terroir of classic Saaz hops used in the first Bohemian Pilsners and the drinkability of a lighter international Pils style. 4.9% ABV
NEW TRAIL PRICKLY PEAR SOUR
A seasonal offering from New Trail that features a unique profile of prickly pear cactus fruit, which delivers a vibrant pink pour and a refreshing flavor profile reminiscent of watermelon, strawberry, and subtle bubblegum. 5% ABV
SECOND DISTRICT ARCHIVAL COFFIN
Double Brown Ale Collab with Requiem - We brought our friends Josh and Kevin from Requiem in to brew some awesome British beer with us. The magic of vintage British recipe is on full display here; bitterness, roast, and body sort of fading into and forgiving one another. Brown Ale. Lightly bitter, notes of roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate 6.5% ABV
SLY FOX DRY STOUT [NITRO]
Sly Fox has been producing this beer for quite a while now, and they've got it down pat. Clearly inspired by a certain iconic Dublin brew, this one's bone dry and earthy, giving up only the most austere whiffs of baker's chocolate and dark coffee. One for gluggin', even at brunch! 3.6% ABV
STERLING PIG ORANGE STREET WHEAT
A subtle riff on the classic Belgian Witbier – brewed with wheat, and spiced with orange peel and fresh ginger. Light, spritzy, and citrusy-floral. 5% ABV
THE SEED EARLY SUNSET [FIRKIN]
English inspired pale ale brewed with UK and NJ malts and hopped with Fuggle and EKG hops. This beer features a balanced, malty backbone with earthy and herbal hop characteristics 5.0% ABV
TONEWOOD FRESHIES
This one is quickly becoming a local staple beer, and for good reason. Just a really straightforward hazy Pale Ale with those lovely citrus and honeysuckle tones we're all looking for, and just a touch of floral bitterness to keep it light. 5% ABV
TROEGS GRAFFITI HIGHWAY
IPA with delicate flavors of tropical fruits, citrus and notes of berries. Slightly hazy with a light hoppy bite. 6% ABV

Fruited Sour Ale conditioned on pineapple and pink guava purees. Super juicy with a tart sweet finish. Contains lactose. 7% ABV
